Unity Oak Park invites you to a Solarium Sound Bath, a meditative sound experience led by Meghan Leigh, designed to help your body relax and your mind settle.

What to Expect

During this gentle hour, you’ll lie comfortably while soothing waves of sound from crystal singing bowls and other instruments wash over the room. These vibrations can help quiet the mind, ease tension, and guide you into a restorative state of rest.

Held in Unity’s beautiful, sunlit solarium, this experience offers a peaceful environment to reconnect with yourself and simply receive.
