In today's busy world, it's easy to feel overwhelmed. Mindfulness offers a simple yet powerful way to slow down, reduce stress, and reconnect with what matters most.
We're excited to offer two Spanish-language mindfulness programs designed to support both adults and children with practical skills for everyday life. Whether you're looking to build healthier habits, manage stress, or simply be more present, these classes provide a welcoming space to learn and grow together.
Mindfulness for Adults
Join us for a weekly Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) class taught entirely in Spanish. Together we'll explore practical techniques that can help reduce stress, increase resilience, and bring greater awareness to daily life.
Each session also includes time to enjoy food, meaningful conversation, and community connection as we practice living more fully in the present moment.
Saturdays 9:00–10:30 a.m. August 8 – October 3 $20 per session Language: Spanish Facilitator: Judith A. Sánchez García
Mindfulness for Kids (Ages 9–12)
Young people experience stress too. This engaging program helps children develop lifelong tools for emotional well-being through mindfulness, social-emotional learning, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
Using the book The Elephant's Gift (El Regalo del Elefante), participants will explore mindfulness through stories, activities, discussion, and creative experiences that encourage self-awareness, emotional regulation, kindness, and healthy habits. Snacks are included each week.
Saturdays 11:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. August 8 – November 7 $20 per session Language: Spanish Ages: 9–12 Facilitator: Judith A. Sánchez García

A Morning for the Whole Family
These programs are scheduled back-to-back, making Saturday mornings an opportunity for the whole family to invest in their well-being. While adults learn mindfulness practices for themselves, children can develop age-appropriate skills that help them navigate school, friendships, emotions, and everyday challenges.
Together, these classes celebrate the richness of culture, art, spirituality, family, and lifelong learning while building practical tools for healthier, more mindful living.
We hope you'll join us as we grow in awareness, connection, and joy—one mindful moment at a time. Sign up now!
