Back-to-School Backpack Blessing & Popsicle Celebration

Sunday, August 3, at 11:00am | Outside in the Meditation Garden

As summer winds down and a new school year begins, we invite all children, families, and youth to join us for a special Back-to-School BACKPACK BLESSING in the Meditation Garden, immediately following the Sunday service.

Together with our prayer chaplains, we’ll speak words of encouragement, affirmation, and love over our children as they step into new classrooms, friendships, and opportunities for growth. This is a time to pause, connect, and send our youth into the school year surrounded by spiritual support and community care.

And because no summer send-off is complete without a sweet treat—we’ll celebrate with popsicles! All are welcome. Come be part of this joyful and meaningful moment at Unity of Oak Park on Sunday, August 3 at 11 AM.
