Rev. Minnie M. Robinson was ordained a minister, June 7, 2007, in Chicago, IL. She espouses the Principles that are taught by Jesus the Christ. Her spiritual foundation is from the Unity Teachings, as my Mentor/Pastor Emeritus, Rev. Dr. Johnnie Colemon came from the teachings from Unity in Lees Summit Missouri. She was ordained at Unity and I remember her sharing that she was buddies with a young man there by the name of Richard Billings.

Minnie is the mother of six beautiful daughters and all are over the age of 21...Thank God! She says one of the best decisions she has made over the years was to become an ordained minister. She loves people and finds they love her in return.

“Rev. Minnie” as she is lovingly called, has an extensive background in customer service, as she retired from AT&T. She shares with others, becoming a minister is an extension of ‘customer service,’ on a spiritual level.

Minnie returned to school as a mature youngster (55+) and received her Bachelor and Master degrees from Dominican University in River Forest, IL.

Minnie was a long time resident of Oak Park for over 20 plus years residency there and she moved on to Elmwood Park,.She loves the diversity and excellent restaurants in Elmwood park as she did in Oak Park.

Minnie’s passion is to continue on with her education and to receive her Doctorate in Divinity, She says she will always be a professional learner, to be of service and to serve, as it is her charge as a minister to: “God out and teach the nations and be about her “Father’s Business.” Minnie’s mantra for herself and All is to: “Live Well, Laugh Often and Love Much!”

Rev Minnie is available for weddings and life celebrations/memorials.
