If you are uncertain about life experiences, self-doubt yourself, worry, or feel down for any reason, this is a perfect time to break through with The Kind-ful 28 Day Meditation Journey.  

Instructions for audio meditations

Listen to the guided daily meditations. Each meditation will lead you to the silence. You may decide how long you would like to stay in the silence. If you are beginner to meditation, it is suggested you start with 5 minutes in the silence and then gradually move to 20 minutes.  The time you spend in the Silence is the most important part, please be kind and commit.  Once you decide your time is complete affirm the daily affirmation with gratitude. You may use your journal that comes with the Kind-ful Meditation Journey if you wish.

 

A Suggestion for some:

Setting a timer for the silence or meditation is optional.  For some people who are beginning a meditation practice a timer can be helpful and for others it can become too distracting.  You decide. 

 

As you go through each day, record any highlights of kindness on the back of your daily journal sheet.  This will help create a mindset of kindness.
