MINISTRY SUPPORT SERVICES

Monday Night Prayer Group

Our Prayer Team meets on Monday evenings at 7:30 pm and is facilitated by Caryl Rohlfing, LUT. All are welcome to attend.

Prayer Request Box

Near the entrance to Billings Chapel you will find prayer request slips and our Prayer Request Box. After a time of prayer, your request is sent to Silent Unity where it is held in prayer for 30 days.

Spiritual Counseling

The ministers and spiritual counselors are available by appointment for spiritual counseling. Our work is to help the individual enter into a deeper relationship with the Inner Self and touch the healing presence and power within. There is no set fee for this service, but it is normal to make a donation based on your financial ability.

Spiritual Companioning

When you enter into spiritual companionship with a certified spiritual director you are invited to explore the relationship between your spiritual growth and your everyday life. Monthly 45 minute sessions are available with Sue Bryan on a love offering basis. To arrange for an introductory spiritual companioning session, please contact the church office.

Chaplaincy Ministry

Unity of Oak Park is blessed to have dedicated individuals step forward to serve the members of our church. Chaplains are trained to support and pray with you, and hold what is heard in confidence. Chaplains attend Sunday services and special services and are available afterwards to pray with those who ask for prayer. To leave a message for one of our Chaplains, please call 708-848-0994.
